Service Description

This is a deep dive into you. We start with discovering exactly where you are, where you want to be and the possibilities of what that path looks like. We go through your patterns, blocks, possibilites and then anchor in the new choices with a custom guided expereince. This is where you will start if you wish to work together to reprogram, reframe or upgrade. You will leave with clarity and options. You will also receive a follow up report with your custom plan. Many people experience reduced anxiety and an increase of energy with a clear path forward. Sessions run 90-120 minutes, however we will not stop until you are complete.
